Our Broker, Molly Wahrheit, has had an amazing career in real estate, participating in the sale of several thousand homes in the San Antonio area. She has received numerous awards including: Top Producing Agent, Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Master Agent, Century 21 Gold, Ruby and Diamond Awards, RE/MAX Platinum Club, RE/MAX 100% Club, Executive Club, President’s Club, RE/MAX Rookie Broker of the Year Award-2004, San Antonio Business Journal Top 50 Residential Agent Award 2010-2014 (where she’s been in the Top 10), Platinum top 50 Realtors Award (2010-2015), Platinum Centennial Agent, and RE/MAX Hall of Fame Lifetime Earnings Award-2011. She is now devoted to helping new agents learn the ins and outs of the real-estate industry.

Our office exceeds well beyond that level of coaching without any additional cost to the agents.  Our training program focuses on real estate core competencies, including entrepreneurial business building, sales, marketing, and customer service. Classes are offered weekly and core curriculum is repeated once per quarter. We also offer at least three ‘hands-on’ workshops per week, including: Tech Power Hour (our social media support group), and All the World’s a Stage.
