How does a single mother of a beautiful daughter (Jennifer), grow to become RE/MAX’s #11 office in the nation - and in 2019, earned RE/MAX of Texas Brokerage of the year, as well as the Catalyst Award? Molly attributes her accomplishments to perseverance, dedication, and surrounding herself with the right people...along with a dream.
Molly and her partner, Susan Gentry, were building great relationships in the community and business—that was poised to grow exponentially. However, their broker at the time put too many constraints on what these ambitious ladies could do. The answer? In 2003, Molly and Susan opened their own brokerage, RE/MAX Realty Advantage.
With a strong market and increasing sales, the agent count increased, and a second office location opened. Molly stepped out of sales and focused on building the brokerage. With things looking up, Susan decided to spend more time with her new baby and family, relinquishing ownership to Molly. Molly is forever grateful to Susan for her support from the beginning - and still today.
In 2007, the housing market crashed and Molly tells us that, “Everything started falling apart.” Many agents had to leave, forcing Molly to combine two offices into one. With bills to pay and a dwindling agent count, Molly began to list properties again in 2009, and her hard work paid off. The brokerage survived the storm. Despite the challenges she and her team endured, Molly even received an award from the San Antonio Business Journal for being the #10 agent in San Antonio.
Director of Agent Development and an associate broker. His role is to train and develop the agents, so they can become masters of their own business. Johnny has the ability to teach in a way that is easy for agents to understand and then implement— shortening the time for agents to become successful.
Director of Contract Education and Compliance as well as an associate broker, She teaches contract classes and reviews every contract written by the agents. This allows the brokerage to stay in compliance with the state, and ensure that any potential mistakes are caught early on. Sharon’s attention to detail helps agents grow, learn, and become confident.
Director of Finance. She does a fantastic job managing the office as well as processing agents checks in a timely manner so our agents get paid quickly. She is detail oriented and keeps us all on track!
Director of Marketing. She is responsible for the company's marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image. Naomi also teaches our agents the latest technology & marketing tools, so they can improve their own business.
He is our Director of Hospitality his duties and responsibilities are to ensure the quality of service, develops and implements methods to record, assess, and analyze customer feedback.
